Course objectives (in Czech): This course aims to present and practice advanced English grammar structures, helping students refine their understanding and usage of complex grammatical rules. Through interactive exercises and discussions, participants will explore the topics listed below and their application in both written and spoken English.
Syllabus (in Czech): Main topics: Articles Cleft sentences, fronting, inversion, and other ways of emphasis Subject-verb agreement Infinitive clauses Participle clauses Punctuation The subjunctive
Assessment methods (in Czech): To pass this course, students are required to actively participate in seminars and score at least 70% on the final credit test.
