Vstupní podmínka: Kulturní dějiny anglicky mluvících zemí I. Pro udělení atestace je třeba účast na 70% výuky a znalost probraných témat prokázaná při závěrečném pohovoru.

Course objectives (in Czech)
Students will get an overall picture of the cultural history of English speaking countries (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, Africa).
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Students will get a basic overview of the history of arts and culture in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries of the Commonwealth. After the completion of the course, they will be able to define the theoretical concepts and basic symbols and motifs standing behind the cultural issues in the modern world of these countries. Furthermore, they will be able to incorporate the gained knowledge into the framework of the whole study program, and to use it in their future academic or professional endeavours.
